Public Hearing Proposed local law #11, 2026 Legal Notice Town of Hamburg Notice of Hearing Proposed Local Law #11, 2026 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of Hamburg on June 8, 2026, pursuant to the Municipal Home Rule Law, a proposed local law to be known as proposed local law #11, 2026; the proposed local law to add a Chapter to the Hamburg Town Code entitled " Unmanned aircraft take-offs and landings ". An abstract of the proposed local law is described as follows: The purpose of this local law is to add to the Code of the Town of Hamburg a Chapter with requirements for unmanned aircraft and unmanned aircraft systems.
