Town Board of the Town of Hamburg July 13, 2026 Meeting 4.14. Authorize Amendment to Contract with the Town of Hamburg EMS Whereas, the Hamburg Volunteer Ambulance Company, Inc. (“HVAC/HEMS"), a not-for-profit corporation, provides staffing, management, vehicles, equipment and supplies for the provision of basic life support and advanced life support, first response services in the Town; and Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, that the town is authorized to pay HVAC the sum of up to three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000.00) for such services, equipment and supplies. Funds will be transferred from A000.0000.0909.000 to A000.4540.0423.0000 (Ambulance Maintenance and Service Contracts). 78
