4.16. BOCES Volunteer Work Program Agreement
THIS AGREEMENT, made this 16th day of June, Two Thousand Twenty-Six, between TOWN OF
HAMBURG ("TOWN"), a municipal corporation with a principal office at 6100 South Park Avenue,
Hamburg, New York, and the Board of Cooperative Educational Services for the Second Supervisory
District of Erie, Chautauqua, and Cattaraugus Counties, also known as Erie 2-Chautauqua-
CattaraugusBOCES ("E2CCB"), having its principal offices at 8685 Erie Road, Angola, New York
14006.
WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg is desirous of providing volunteer work experience to E2CCB
student Drew Norton (“Student”), throughout the Town of Hamburg Recreation Department by
assigning tasks/duties, providing general on-going supervision at the site, and providing verbal
feedback
to E2CCB staff relative to the student’s performance.
WHEREAS, the E2CCB will comply with all TOWN insurance requirements, provide proof of
insurance meeting the TOWN requirements, transportation arrangements, initial one-on-one training on
assigned tasks, on-going follow-up and assistance as needed to the student.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the good and valuable consideration recited below, and the
mutual promises contained herein, it is hereby agreed as follows:
1. THAT the TOWN shall provide volunteer work experience to the Student through E2CCB at
the Town of Hamburg Recreation Department.
