Town Board of the Town of Hamburg July 13, 2026 Meeting 4.21. Budget Amendment – Recognition of ARPA Funds in Q1 and Q2 2026 WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg has received funding through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) to assist with eligible expenditures related to the public health emergency and recovery efforts; and WHEREAS, ARPA funds were expended during the first and second quarters of fiscal year 2026 to support projects and services in accordance with the eligible uses outlined by the U.S. Department of the Treasury; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the 2026 Town Budget to recognize said revenues, appropriate the related expenditures, and authorize the transfer of funds accordingly; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Hamburg hereby authorizes the Finance Department to make the following budget amendment to reflect the use of ARPA funds during Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 of Fiscal Year 2026: Account Number Amount A.4089 98,204.25 A.9950.975 75,495.98 A.9901.900 5,118.11 A.1690.207.403 952.27 A.1690.478.403 16,637.89 B.5031 5,118.11 B.8020.456.403 5,118.11 H108.5031 8,298.98 H108.1440.456.403 8,298.98 H119.5031 67,197.00 H119.1490.440.403 67,197.00 86
