Town Board of the Town of Hamburg July 13, 2026 Meeting 4.23. Finance/Personnel New Hire PAF WHEREAS, the Finance and Administration Department has a vacancy in its Account Clerk position; and WHEREAS, the Civil Service list provided less than three candidates and the posting was therefore made public; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, based on the recommendation of the Director of Finance, the Town Board hereby approves the attached PAF appointing Heather Brown to the fulltime provisional Account Clerk position contingent on all pre-employment requirements being met. It is a Managerial Confidential position, the salary is $22.00 per hour and funds are available in A1430 and A1310. 89
