Town Board of the Town of Hamburg July 13, 2026 Meeting 4.29. Approve General Obligation Serial Bonds or Notes by Newton Abbott Volunteer Fire Company for acquisition of a fire truck/emergency vechicle Whereas, on July 6, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Newton Abbott Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. adopted a bond resolution authorizing General Obligation Serial Bonds or Notes of not more than $1,100,000.00 to finance the acquisition of a fire truck/emergency vehicle and authorized the expenditure of sums for such purpose and will conduct a public hearing at the Fire Hall 3426 Abbott Road, Orchard Park New York for this purpose. Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the town board of the Town of Hamburg hereby approves the bond resolution adopted by the Board of Directors of the Newton Abbott Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. on July 6, 2026.
