Town Board of the Town of Hamburg June 22, 2026 Meeting 4.10. Erie County Division of Sewage Management Right-of-Entry Request 18-Mile Golf Course and Taylor Road Park WHEREAS, the Erie County Division of Sewage Management (ECDSM) owns and operates a sanitary sewer line that crosses 18-Mile Creek through an easement on the town golf course from Boston State Road to Taylor Road; and WHEREAS, ECDSM would like to inspect the condition of that sewer line and must access both sides of 18-Mile Creek; and WHEREAS, ECDSM has submitted two requests for right-of-entry for the golf course, by foot only, and for Taylor Road Park, for parking and access by foot or ATV only; and WHEREAS, the Town Engineer and Town Attorney have reviewed the requests and found them reasonable under the condition that access through the golf course be scheduled for the fall following closure of the course and that the Town review the insurance in advance of any work. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorize the Supervisor to sign the Right of Entry forms attached and for the Town Engineer to coordinate with ECDSM as needed throughout the work.
