Town Board of the Town of Hamburg June 22, 2026 Meeting 4.11. Town Hall Parking Lot Flagpoles WHEREAS, the Town Board awarded work on the Town Hall Parking Lot to Louie Del Prince; and WHEREAS, the contract requires the relocation of the existing flag poles in front of Town Hall and the Town has determined that the smaller 20 ft flagpole should be replaced with a 30 ft flagpole and one new 30 ft flagpole should be installed under the project; and WHEREAS, Louie Del Prince has provided a change order for this modification at a cost of $6,260; and WHEREAS, the Town Engineer has reviewed the proposed change order and find it to be a reasonable request and cost. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorize the Supervisor to sign the change order attached.
