Town Board of the Town of Hamburg June 22, 2026 Meeting 4.24, Notice of Public Hearing Proposed Local Law #10, 2026_ LEGAL NOTICETOWN OF HAMBURG PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there has been presented to the Town Board on June 8, 2026, pursuant to the Municipal Home Rule Law, a proposed local law to be known as proposed local law #10, 2026; said local law provides for the amendment of Local Law #10, 1986, Chapter 280, entitled “Zoning”, and provides substantially as follows: Amend Chapter 280 (Zoning) by adding a new Article, entitled “SIA - Stadium Impact Area District” Amend Article LVI McKinley Mall Area Incentives Append the “Bills Stadium Economic Impact Area Plan” to the Comprehensive Plan For the adoption of a zoning map amendment to said Zoning Code for the following properties: e Rezone SBL # 160.19-1-4.1 from R-3 (Multifamily District) to SIA (Stadium Impact Area-to be established) e Rezone SBL # 160.16-1-12 from (Multifamily District) to SIA (Stadium Impact Area-to be established) e Rezone SBL # 160.11-2-17 and 160.15-1-28 from HC (Hamburg Commercial District) to MU-1 (Mixed-Use District 1) e Rezone SBL # 160.11-2-18 from NC (Neighborhood Commercial General Residence District) to MU-1 (Mixed-Use District 1) e Rezone the following SBL #s 160.11-2-19, 160.11-2-20, 160.11-2-21, 160.11-2-22, 160.11-2-23, 160.11-2-24, 160.11-2-25, 160.11-2-26, 160.11-2-27, 160.11-2-28, 160.11-2-29, 160.11-2-30, 160.11-2-31, 160.11-2-32, 160.15-1-20, 160.15-1-18, 160.15-1-16, 160.15-1-14, and 160.15-1- 12.2 from C-3 (Office District) to MU-1 (Mixed-Use District 1) e Rezone the following SBL #s: 160.15-1-24.1, 160.11-2-8.113, 160.11-2-8.12, and 160.11-2-9 from C-2 (General Commercial District) to MU-1(Mixed-Use District 1) 61
