4.12. Senior Clerk Typist - Justice Court (Caber)
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board approve on the recommendation of Town Justice Carl W.
Morgan and Town Justice Walter Rooth, III along with Court Administrator Brigid Lavelle, to hire
Theresa Caber to the provisional position of Senior Clerk Typist with a date of Monday, June 15, 2026,
salary is $25.31/hour.

Funds available in account A.1110.0100 Personal Services.
