4.21. Budget Amendment: Receipt of Revenue and Budget Transfer

RESOLVED, The Hamburg Town Board approves the deposit of $10,000 generated from the Legacy
Trail Partner Agreement into Account A000.0000.2770.0000 Sponsorships and Naming Rights; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Board approves a budget amendment transferring
$2,500 from Account A000.0000.2770.0000-Sponsorships and Naming Rights to Account
A000.7020.0440.0000-Independent Contractor Services; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor and Finance Office are authorized and
directed to make the necessary accounting and budgetary entries to carry out this amendment.
