Rezone the following SBL #s: 160.15-1-24.1, 160.11-2-8.113, 160.11-2-8.12, and 160.11-2-9 from C-2 to MU-1 Rezone the following SBL #s: 160.14-2-35, 160.14-2-37, 160.14-2-49, and 160.14-2-50 from R- 2 to MU-1 Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved , pursuant to Part 617 6NYCRR, Article 8 of the Environmental Conservation Law (SEQRA), it is the intent of the Town of Hamburg Town Board to establish itself as SEQR Lead Agency and conduct a coordinated review of these proposed zoning map amendments and proposed revisions to Chapter 280 Zoning in the Town Code. Be It Further Resolved, the Hamburg Town Board hereby authorizes the referral of these proposed zoning map amendments and proposed law amendments to Erie County. Be It Finally Resolved, the Hamburg Town Board sets a Public Hearing on these proposed amendments at the Hamburg Town Hall, 6100 South Park Avenue, Hamburg, NY at 7:00 pm on June 22nd, 2026.
