HAMBURG SIA DISTRICT ZONING 5 C. Streets and Roadways 1) General. The applicant shall create a network of roadways throughout the site. These roadways within the SIA shall be developed according to a hierarchy of streets based upon their intended use and adjacent land use. The roadways shall be designed to accommodate all users of the road in accordance with complete streets principles. Street Type Tier 1 – Access Streets Description Tier 1 roadways connect the site to external roadways and distribute traffic throughout the district. They are designed to handle the traffic associated with development on throughout the year, including during events at the stadium. A. Setbacks1 15 feet minimum, 30 feet maximum B. Sidewalks 6 feet minimum width. At its discretion the Town Board may approve alternative pedestrian infrastructure such as a multiuse path. C. Trees 50 foot spacing D. Height / Hotel, maximum six stories, 70 feet Other uses, maximum four stories, 55 feet E. Step-back 15 foot upper floor step-back required for buildings greater than three stories Block length Not applicable, however, crosswalks are required at all crossings. 1 For purposes of the SIA, setbacks refer to the front façade of the building to the roadway, whether a public right-of-way or internal to the private development 64
