4.9. B&G Toro Greensmaster

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes the Buildings and Grounds Department to
purchase a new Toro Greensmaster 3150Q for the total amount of $50,482.01, per NYS Contract
PC69682 from Grassland Equipment & Irrigation Corp. Purchase is on a lease-to-own basis with five
(5) annual payments of $11,263.54.

Funds are available in account A.7183.201 and A.7183.413, to be transferred to A.7183.478.
