Town Board of the Town of Hamburg March 23, 2026 Meeting 4.3. Nike Facility Easement WHEREAS, the Town owns multiple parcels known as the Nike Recreational Facility; and WHEREAS, the Senior & Community Center is currently under construction on the parcels, which will include a new septic system; and WHEREAS, the new septic system will be located on a different parcel than the main building and as such the Town must grant an easement for the septic system between the two parcels in order to obtain approval of the septic system by the Erie County Department of Health. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes the supervisor to sign the attached easement and the form and map to be filed with the County Clerk’s office.
