Town Board of the Town of Hamburg January 26, 2026 Meeting 4.7. Engineering APWA Conference Attendance WHEREAS, the American Public Works Association (APWA) 2026 Annual Conference, in Utica, NY, will feature expert speakers and sessions in the area of public works and municipal engineering and this year will feature a construction inspection track that will be invaluable to work by Town staff in the Engineering Department; and WHEREAS, Robert Haag has also been awarded a full scholarship to attend this year’s conference which will cover registration and hotel; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board approve Robert Haag to register and attend the conference on March 17-19, 2026, at no cost to the Town. 12
