Town Board of the Town of Hamburg January 26, 2026 Meeting 4.15. POLICE –Budget Amendment WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg Police Department receives distribution payments from a share of assets forfeited from defendants from time to time and, WHEREAS, these items are not included in the 2025 budget, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board approves the receipt of the following monies and approves a budget amendment to the revenue account as follows: B000.0000.4358.0519 or B.4358.519.
