Town Board of the Town of Hamburg January 26, 2026 Meeting 4.20. Police Copier Renewal Agreements WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg previously entered into an agreement with Eagle Systems, Inc. for the provision of copier equipment and maintenance services, and WHEREAS, the current agreements are set to expire in January 2026, and WHEREAS, the Police Chief, Peter Dienes, reviewed the terms and conditions of the proposed renewal agreements for the Police Records and Detective Bureau copiers, and WHEREAS, the Town desires to continue such services without interruption and ensure continuity of operations, and WHEREAS, the renewal agreements with Eagle Systems, Inc are for 63-month term periods, ending in January 2031, with the following estimated monthly payments: •Police Records - $143.30 •Detective Bureau - $231.92 Funds are available in account B000.3120.0423 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes the Supervisor to sign the renewal agreements with Eagle Systems, Inc. 50
