Town Board of the Town of Hamburg January 26, 2026 Meeting 4.22. Planning Board and Zoning Board Carry-Over Hours Approval WHEREAS, on February 23, 2009 the Town Board of the Town of Hamburg passed Local Law #1, 2009 that mandates a minimum of four (4) hours of training per year for members of the Panning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals; and WHEREAS, Section 6 of said law provides that training received by a member in excess of four (4) hours in any one (1) year may be carried over into the succeeding year upon the approval of the Town Board; and WHEREAS, the following members of the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals have exceeded the four (4) hours of required training for 2025 as follows: Zoning Board of Appeals Dennis Chapman 2.0 Jeff Adrian 1.0 Laura Hahn 1.5 Planning Board Kaitlin Chmura 1.0 Kim Ryan 1.5 Cindy Gronachan 1.0 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board approve the carryover of up to two (2) hours of training as listed above for the applicable members to apply for the 2026 requirements for mandatory training. 52
