Town Board of the Town of Hamburg January 5, 2026 Meeting 4.11. Bank or Trust Companies WHEREAS, Section 64 of the Town Law requires the Town Board to designate the BANKS OR TRUST COMPANIES in which the Supervisor, Town Clerk, Town Justice (2), and Finance Office Manager shall deposit all monies coming into their hands by virtue of their offices. NOW, BE IT RESOLVED, that the funds of the Town of Hamburg be deposited in any or all the following banks: Bank of America Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company Key Bank of Western New York NBT Bancorp JP Morgan Chase & Co, Citizens Bank Wilmington Trust NYPASS at their respective offices within the Town of Hamburg, Blasdell, and Buffalo, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all the said banks are hereby designated as depositories for the funds of the Town of Hamburg. 21
