SUBJECT:  Highway Superintendent Adams re Purchase of Shade Structures

Requested Action:
  Please see the attached quote and authorize the Highway
  Superintendent to purchase two (2) sunshade structures for the pool at
  Veterans Park from Parkitects Inc. under Sourcewell Contract
  #101625-LSI in the amount of $13,223.88. Funds are available in
  equipment line 01711000.50200 and will be reimbursed through a
  grant received from Erie County Legislator Lorigo’s office.
