SUBJECT:  Deputy Supervisor Greenan re Appointment of Carleen Florea to
  Municipal Director of Human Resources

Requested Action:  Please recognize the appointment of Carleen Florea to the full-time
  position of Municipal Director of Human Resources at an annual salary
  of $100,000, effective May 12, 2026. Funds will be paid from account
  code 001.1430.0451. This position will be subject to a five-year
  employment contract.
