Town Clerk Newton re Meeting Minutes 2026-08 of April 27, 2026 Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Robertson, to approve Meeting Minutes 2026-08 of April 27, 2026. Town Clerk Newton re Meeting Minutes from the Special Town Board Meeting of May 4, 2026 Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Breidenstein, to approve Meeting Minutes from the Special Town Board Meeting of May 4, 2026. Ayes: 4 Noes: 0 Abstain: 0 Motion Carried Supervisor Dickson invited Sherrie Messore of Spectrum Health and Human Services to speak before continuing the meeting. Ms. Messore stated that on August 26th Spectrum Health and Human Services will host their 6th consecutive Not One More: Stand Together to End Overdose community event at the Veterans Park Complex at the Lions Band Shell and grassy area. Town Clerk Newton re Proofs of Publication and posting of legal notice "OF A PUBLIC HEARING TO HEAR ALL INTERESTED PARTIES AND CITIZENS FOR OR AGAINST THE ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW 2026-3 MODIFICATION OF CHAPTER 12-20.8 OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT" in the Town of West Seneca.
