PUBLIC COMMENTS The following public comments and questions were received: Hubbard Koglmeier, Chief of Vigilant Fire Company, referred to the avoidable alarms: - Is not as concerned with the residential alarms, rather the businesses that are repeat offenders - Four out of six West Seneca Fire Companies respond to commercial fire alarms and the costs involved are not recovered by the very small avoidable alarm fees - The fees should be high enough to get the companies' attention to want to remedy the problem with their alarm systems - Supervisor Dickson stated the revised version of the local law would be provided to the fire companies for their thoughts. 7
