SENIOR CENTER ADVISORY MEETING MINUTES West Seneca Senior Center 4620 Seneca St West Seneca, NY 14224 Date: 5/12/2026 Time: 6:18pm IN ATTENDANCE Kelsey Lignos, Marilyn Stephens, Nancy Milhoff, Georgi Busse, Lydia Ciminelli, Kris Baron APPROVAL OF MINUTES The Minutes were approved for the March 2026 meeting. Georgi Busse motioned to approve; Kris Baron seconded the results, motion carried, approved 5-0. AGENDA ITEMS • Update on Town Councilmember Liaison: Unknown at this time, not sure if position will be filled or if we will be reassigned to a different Councilmember. • Update on 2026 Budget: Kelsey and Georgi discussed the budget for 2026 so far. Kelsey showed the Revenue thus far for 2026. • Update on 2026 Membership: Kelsey and Georgi discussed Membership totals and continuation of new members joining. No issues have arose regarding non-resident $35 annual fee. • Grants: West Seneca Senior Center has received a $5,000 grant from Legislature Lindsay Lorigo. Funds will arrive in a few months. Funds will be used to purchase new fitness equipment and any remaining for class and activity replacements. CBDG Grant – waiting for B&G to slow down and have ability to complete ceiling replacement (looking like the fall) • Annual Report: Lydia began completing Annual Report, but waiting for final numbers from end of May numbers to add to report. • Next meetings: o Tuesday, July 21st @ 6:15pm o Tuesday, September 15th @ 6:15pm o Tuesday, November 17th @ 6:15pm • Public Comment: Patti Wade (receptionist) retired, Sherrie P (Clerk Typist) resigned.
