DISCUSSION:
Resident Patty Friend asked if all Special Use Permit fees are the same. Attorney Bridget responded that the fee may be adjusted based on Town Board resolution to offset administrative costs. Bridget also noted that annually, the applicant will be required to present a report on activities.
No further discussion. Supervisor DeCarlo then made a motion to close the public hearings, seconded by Councilwoman Marien. 4 ayes, 0 nays. MOTION CARRIED.
Attorney Bridget O’Toole advised the Town Board that the SEQRA they have in front of them is the new NYS amended version. The attorney explained that the NYS DEC amended their EAF form Part 1.
