conducting a zoning and audit reconciliation that will compare the future land use plan to zoning.
Planning Board Chairman Crow added that an implementation recommendation summary will be
provided to the board the week of February 23, 2026. Councilmember Wrazen added that he will
confer with a colleague who has participated in a Comprehensive Plan rollout for further rollout
ideas. In closing, he stated he’d connect with the grant writer Robbyn to see if there is any funding
available for launching a Comprehensive Plan.

Councilmember Armbrust also partook in the Planning Board meeting and expressed her
appreciation of the dedication and thoughtfulness of the board while they reviewed the
Comprehensive Plan. She also attended her first Sewer District meeting with Councilmember
Wrazen where she learned of an upcoming project to change the existing sand filters to cloth,
which can be replaced for water polishing. Tours of the facility will be offered when the weather
improves.

Councilmember Wochensky talked about the change of date for the Climate Smart Task
Force meeting which was rescheduled to Wednesday February 25, 2026. He asked for participation
especially in light of a planning meeting that will guide what the committee will do through the end
of the year as they seek Silver Certification. Councilmember asked about the meeting time stating
there may be some confusion on the website. Councilmember Wochensky said he would look into
that.

about priorities and implementation indicated that he’s been traveling and was unable to attend
