Hi David,
sure they'll get the grant money. However,
Many municipalities (especially smaller ones) don’t purchase an item until after their contract is executed and they’re
you don’t get the grant funds until we have proof of purchase/payment and it’s been inspected by the regional office.
  at my spreadsheet |
So, we can go ahead and continue working towards (hopefully!) approval and an executed contract before you receive the truck. Just looking
  once approved (if
see the description includes “leaf vac and chassis.” Is that a separate truck? If so, we can do a partial payment for that portion of the grant
already purchased), then a second payment for the second vehicle once it’s all set, which may help the Town out a bit.
Make sense?
Doug

Thanks Doug!
That is quicker than | thought it would be. | have a question? My final purchase on the grant is a new Peterson TL3 Grapple truck. | am ordering it next month
  If it must
and will have it 1/1/27. Do I have to have it paid for already and show a cancelled check or will a purchase order be sufficed to receive the grant match?
show a cancelled check before 1/1/27 let me know and | can always pay for it out of fund balance.
