Town Board FROM: Richard Miga, Assistant Code Enforcement Officer DATE: April 14, 2026 The Building Department has accepted a Site Plan application for 1627 Bailey Road, (SBL #2.00.00-3-2), as submitted by property owner Damien Parker, is located in the Rural Residential and Agriculture- zoning districts. This application is for the installation of a 15’-5.5"x 78°-6” ground mounted solar array with a 26.4 kW DC output and of 40 panels to be located on the east side yard of the property. Town Code section 95ASD requires site plan approval for any building-mounted, ground- mounted and roof-mounted solar energy systems capable of producing more than 25 kW of energy. Town Code section 95A6D requires site plan approval for any ground-mounted solar energy systems. Town Code section 95-2A requires the Town Board to refer to the Site Plan application to the Planning Board for their review and recommendation. This is an Unlisted action for purposes of SEQR.
