Changes to Site Plan / Updated Floor Plans / Site Plan and Related Plans

Carner made one substantial change from the Site Plan in its initial application. The Lodge has
changed from a 2,400 square feet fully enclosed structure to an approximately 1,200 square feet®
open air structure without walls. We anticipate that with tables and chairs, the maximum occupancy
of the Lodge will be approximately 70 people. A rendering of the Lodge being proposed is as follows:

5 Because the footprint of the pavilion is not a rectangle, the actual square feet is less than 1,200 feet, but to simplify the
calculation, 1,200 square feet was used.
