TOWN OF AURORA 48.2 RESOLUTION APPROVING SITE PLAN 1627 Bailey Road (SBL# 200.00-3-2) Whereas, Damien Parker has submitted a Site Plan Review Application to install a ground mounted solar array for SBL#200.00-3-2 at 1627 Bailey Road, East Aurora NY; and Whereas, at their May 6, 2026 meeting the Aurora Town Planning Board recommended approval of the site plan; and Whereas, the Code Enforcement Officer determined this to be an unlisted action under SEQR and the Town Board found that the project will not result in any significant adverse environmental impacts. Now, therefore, be it RESOLVED that the Site Plan for SBL#200.00-3-2 at 1627 Bailey Road, East Aurora, NY, to install a ground mounted solar array is approved by the Town Board.
