Establish NY Forward Capital Project DATE: July 13, 2026 I respectfully request approval to establish Capital Project H2 - NY Forward West Falls Improvements and to record an interfund loan in the amount of $10,000.00 from General Fund (A) fund balance. The loan will be repaid in full by December 31, 2026, without interest. Repayment of the loan will be made from reimbursement proceeds received through the NY Forward Grant.
