Kotarski I can do that. It won’t be moved until the weather improves. Ernst We can give a timeframe to get it moved by. CEO Cassidy Confirmed. Ernst What would be the timeframe if the location is approved. We know the weather is a challenge right now. Kotarski When things dry up so it can be moved. Definitely by June. I just need some time because right now it’s a swamp back there. Burkhardt For measuring back 300’ to the appropriate zone, is that something the Building Department can do or should he get a surveyor to measure 300’ to make sure he is in the appropriate area. CEO Cassidy Do you know where the pins are on the back corners of your property? Kotarski I don’t. I know that there was a pin in the center of the street at my old house in Lancaster but I’m not sure where they are. CEO Cassidy If you were to measure from the centerline of Center St you would be measuring 333’ and you would be able to place the building behind that line. You can fence in any other area but the actual building have to be behind that line. Kotarski Ok, I would probably go back an additional 15’. I was already looking at buying a measuring wheel and measuring from the center of the street. If I measure from the center of the street 345’ then I should be ok. CEO Cassidy That would be ok. Ernst Would you be moving both of the sheds for the chickens, or just one. Kotarski It would be moving one and I would be keeping 6 chickens where they are. Ernst 6 chickens in the RR. Kotarski Yes. Morgan There is a rooster there? Kotarski Yes, he will move to the back. Ernst Reconfirmed the rooster will go to the back. Carl He is asking for 17 chickens in total, I see the rule is 6 chickens/acre. Does this apply regardless of the Agriculture district? CEO Cassidy Agricultural districts don’t limit the number or type of animal. Carl So the number would be unlimited if he put it back. Page 2 of 4
