SUBJECT:  Highway Superintendent Adams re Title change of Kevin Farrell to
  Facility Maintenance Coordinator

Requested Action:  Please promote and change the title of Kevin Farrell from a Highway
  Motor Equipment Operator to a Facility Maintenance Coordinator
  Group 6, Step 5 at a rate of $38.54 per hour, effective May 25, 2026,
  as per the Blue Collar Contract.

  Please advise the Finance Department that this position will be paid
  from the Highway full time account line 002-5110-0144-0000-0000.
