SUBJECT:  Highway Superintendent Adams re Title change of Nicholas Gugliuizza
  to Facility Maintenance Coordinator

Requested Action:  Please promote and change the title of Nicholas Gugliuizza from a
  Highway Auto Mechanic to a Facility Maintenance Coordinator Group
  6, Step 9, at a rate of $38.54 per hour, effective May 25, 2026, per the
  Blue Collar Contract.

  Please advise the Finance Department that this position will be paid
  from the Highway full time account line 002-5110-0144-0000-0000.
