CASE No. 1537 – Mark Gemerek of 1865 Reading Rd, West Falls, for construction of a two-story accessory structure (shed) §116-8.4C(2). CASE No. 1538 – John D. Sixt III of 296 Falls Rd, West Falls, for construction of a second floor in an accessory building §116-8.4C(2). II. Adjourned Cases: CASE No 1534 for Kris Konopa, as agent for owner of 217 Bowen Rd for a lot area variance.
