Lot Number 49; running thence northwesterly along the center line of Falls Road, a
distance of 350.88 feet to the true point of beginning; running thence northeasterly at an
interior angle of 90° to said Falls Road a distance of 299.75 feet toa point; running thence
southeasterly and parallel with Falls Road a distance of 193.21 feet to a point; running
thence southwesterly at an interior angle of 91° 24' 52’ a distance of 299.84 feet to the
center line of the Falls Road: running thence northwesterly along the center line of the
Falls Road, 200.16 feet to the point of beginning.
