New Business #8 Approve Public Improvement Permit #2026-02 Rear Yard Drainage Installations for Webster 3 Lot Subdivision. 17) THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED BY COUNCILMEMBER MOMBREA, WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER BENNETT, TO WIT: WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has received, from Andrew Romanowski, Maple Grove Holdings, LLC, 4747 Camp Road, Hamburg, New York 14075, an application for a Public Improvement Permit to construct rear yard drainage for the Webster Road 3 Sublot Subdivision; and WHEREAS, the project consists of the installation of 392 L.F. of public rear yard drainage to serve three (3) residential sublots' location; and WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has reviewed the plans for the proposed project and have found them to be in compliance with current Town Specifications and Standards. We are in receipt of all necessary fees, bond, and insurances. NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby approves of the amended Public Improvement Permit #2026- 02 for the rear yard drainage for the Webster Road 3 Sublot Subdivision as recommended by the Town Engineer. New Business #9 Approve Public Floodplain Development Permit #2026-02 for Eagle Heights Recreational Association for the replacement of two 36 inch culvert pipes at 7425 Jewett Holmwood Rd. 18) THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED BY COUNCILMEMBER BENNETT WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER MARIANO TO WIT: WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has received from Eagle Ridge Recreation Association an application for Floodplain Development to replace two 36-inch culverts at 7425 Jewett Holmwood Road, Orchard Park, New York 14127; and WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has found them to be acceptable. All necessary fees have been paid. NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby approve the application for the Floodplain Development Permit #2026-02 to replace two 36-inch culverts at 7425 Jewett Holmwood Road, Orchard Park, New York 14127 as recommended by the Town Engineer. The resolution was unanimously adopted.
