13th Town Board Meeting 07/01/2026 Page 2 WHEREAS, this change order would increase the Contract amount from $252,700.00 to $261,700.00, representing an increase of 3.56%. Funds will be needed to be transferred to Capital Account AB020 “Stadium Area Comprehensive Plan”. NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby approve Change Order #2 to the Contract with LaBella Associates, DPC, 300 State Street, Rochester, New York 14614 for preparing legal descriptions for the newly created NMU, BC, and RS zoning districts as a part of the Stadium Area Comprehensive Development Plan in an amount not to exceed $9,000.00; and be it further RESOLVED, that the Town board does hereby approve the transfer of $9,000.00 from AD002 “Bussendorfer Drainage” to AB020 “Stadium Area Comprehensive Plan”, as recommended by the Town Engineer. The resolution was unanimously adopted. PUBLIC COMMENT ON NEW BUSINESS No one came forward New Business #1 Approve the Special Event Permit for the “Summer Send Off 8K” 3) THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED BY COUNCILMEMBER BENNETT, WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER MARIANO, TO WIT: RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby approve the Special Event Permit request for the “Summer Send Off 8K” to be held on Thursday August 20, 2026 from 6PM – 9PM pending all fees have been paid and Department Heads have approved. The resolution was unanimously adopted. New Business #2 Authorize the Supervisor to sign a contract with J. O’Connell & Associates Inc. 4) THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED BY COUNCILMEMBER HONER, WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER BENNETT, TO WIT: WHEREAS, the Town currently receives professional grant writing services from J. O’Connell & Associates, Inc.; and WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to extend said agreement through December 31, 2026, upon the same terms and conditions currently in effect. NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor is authorized to execute an extension of the agreement with J. O’Connell & Associates, Inc., through December 31, 2026.
