NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Orchard Park will hold a public hearing on July 15, 2026, at 7 P.M., at 4295 S. Buffalo Street, Orchard Park, New York, concerning proposed amendments to the Town Code relating to Ethics, DR2-SMU Parking, Parking Tickets, and Vacant Buildings. Copies of the proposed Local Laws will be available for viewing at the Town Clerk’s Office and on the Town’s website: orchardparkny.gov All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. THE MOTION WAS OFFERED BY SUPERVISOR LIBERTI, WHO MOVED FOR ITS ADOPTION, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER MARIANO, WITH UNAMIOUS APPROVAL, THE MOTION WAS ADOPTED. at 6:25P.M. a motion was made by SUPERVISOR LIBERTI, to end the Special Session seconded by COUNCILMAN MOMREA, with unanimous approval the Special Session was closed.
