Town Board Organizational Meeting January 7, 2026 11 29.Senior Services Department: Councilmember Honer 30.Sewer Management: Councilmember Honer 31.Street Lighting: Councilmember Mariano 32.Technology/Computer/Cable: Councilmember Bennett 33.Trails Task Force: Councilmember Bennett 34.Tree Conservancy: Councilmember Bennett 35.Village Board: Supervisor Liberti 36.Youth Bureau Court: Councilmember Mombrea 37.Zoning Board of Appeals: Councilmember Mariano The resolution was unanimously adopted. 44) THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED BY COUNCILMEMBER BENNETT, WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER MOMBREA, TO WIT: RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby appoint Peter Krog with a term to expire December 31, 2028, and John Deluca with a term to expire December 31, 2026, Fran Hogenkamp as the alternative and term to expire on 12/31/2026, to the North and South Buffalo Architectural Overlay District Board; and be it further RESOLVED, that Anna Worang-Zizzi is hereby designated as Secretary of the North and South Buffalo Architecture Overlay District: term to expire December 31, 2026; and be it further RESOLVED, that Tom Jaeger is appointed Chairperson of the North and South Buffalo Architectural Overlay District Board for the year 2026. The resolution was unanimously adopted. 45) THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED BY COUNCILMEMBER MOMBREA, WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER BENNETT, TO WIT: RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby appoint to the Board of Assessment Review Committee: James Rykowski, term to expire September 30, 2026, Colleen Brunelle, term to expire September 30, 2027; John F. McCarthy, term to expire September 30, 2030; Michelle Bouton, term to expire September 30, 2030; and William Waltenbaugh term to expire September 30, 2030; and be it further RESOLVED, that James Rykowski is hereby designated as Chairperson of the Board of Assessment Review Committee until September 2026. The resolution was unanimously adopted. 46) THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED BY COUNCILMEMBER HONER, WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER MOMBREA, TO WIT: RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby appoint Wayne Bieler, Joe Liberti, Andy Slotman, Tom Ostrander, and John Gullo to the Drainage Committee for 2026; and be it further RESOLVED, that Wayne Bieler is hereby designated as Chairperson of the Drainage Committee.
