Town Board Organizational Meeting January 7, 2026 12 The resolution was unanimously adopted. 47) THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED BY COUNCILMEMBER HONER, WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION, SECONDED BY SUPERVISOR LIBERTI, TO WIT: RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby appoint the following to the Orchard Park Economic Development Committee for the Year 2026: David Even, Joe Liberti, Alina Pierowicz, Don Lorenz, John Capriotto, Joseph Cox, and Nicholas Lyons, and be it further RESOLVED, that David Even is hereby designated as Chairperson for the year 2026. The resolution was unanimously adopted. 48) THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED BY SUPERVISOR LIBERTI, WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER MARIANO, TO WIT: RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby appoint the following to the Orchard Park Emergency Disaster Committee for the Year 2026: Jordan Kellerman, Joe Liberti, Andy Slotman, Dan Neaverth, Jr., John Gullo, Greg Sheppard, Bob Benning, Paul Gorczyca, Judy Kaminski, Jay Knavel, Scott Patronike and be it further RESOLVED, that Jordan Kellerman is hereby designated as Chairperson for the year 2026. The resolution was unanimously adopted. 49) THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED BY COUNCILMEMBER BENNETT, WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER MOMBREA, TO WIT: RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby appoint the following to the Employees Safety Committee for the Year 2026: Andrew Slotman, Joe Liberti, Tricia Jurek, Bob Benning, and Captain Daniel Honer; and be it further RESOLVED, that Andrew Slotman is hereby designated as Chairperson of the Employees Safety Committee and Tricia Jurek as Secretary for the year 2026.
