Town Board Organizational Meeting January 7, 2026 13 RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby appoint to the Historic Preservation Board Norman Stoj, term to expire December 31, 2026, Thomas Jaeger, term to expire December 31, 2030, Wayne Bieler, term to expire December 31, 2028, JoAnn Litwin to expire December 31, 2027, and David Even, term to expire December 31, 2027 and Christine Popek as Alternate, term to expire December 31, 2026, and be it further RESOLVED, that there is one vacancy on this board, and be it further RESOLVED, that Norman Stoj is hereby appointed Chairperson of the Historic Preservation Board for the year 2026. The resolution was unanimously adopted. 52) THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED BY COUNCILMEMBER MOMBREA WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER MARIANO, TO WIT: RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby appoint to the Library Board Doug McFarland, term to expire December 31, 2030. The resolution was unanimously adopted. 53) THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED BY COUNCILMEMBER HONER, WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER MARIANO, TO WIT: RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby appoint to the Orchard Park Master Plan Implementation Committee: Joe Liberti, term to expire December 31, 2028; Scott Honer, term to expire December 31, 2030, Matthew Hartung, term to expire December 31, 2029; Harold Fabinsky term to expire December 31, 2026; Ken Kostoniak term to expire December 31, 2026, Peter Lukasiewicz term to expire 2027, John Deluca, term to expire December 31, 2027, Julia Mombrea, term to expire December 31, 2028, Anna Worang-Zizzi term to expire December 31, 2028, and be it further RESOLVED, that Joe Liberti is hereby designated as Chairperson of the Orchard Park Master Plan Implementation Committee until December 31, 2028, and Kristin Mahoney as Secretary for the year 2026. The resolution was unanimously adopted. 54) THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION WAS OFFERED BY COUNCILMEMBER BENNETT, WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION, SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER MOMBREA, TO WIT: RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby appoint Harold Fabinsky to the Planning & Conservation Board for a one (1) year term ending December 31, 2026; and John Deluca with a term to expire December 31, 2028, and Richard Schechter with a term to expire December 31, 2030, Henry Heppner with a term to expire December 31, 2032, and be it further RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby appoint David Mellerski as Alternate to the Planning Board for the year 2026; and be it further RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby designates Harold Fabinsky as Chairperson of the Planning Board for the Year 2026.
