TO: Honorable Town Board FROM: Brian Cosgrove, Chief of Police DATE: June 8, 2026 SUBJECT: Chief Cosgrove re Purchase of Duty weapon mounted lights Requested Action: Please approve the purchase of (70) seventy Streamlight TLR-7 HLX USB lights per the attached quote from Amchar Wholesale Inc. The pricing on this quote is in accordance with NYS contract #PC70923. The total amount of this purchase is $9,841.30. These lights will be mounted on each of the Glock Model 45 Generation 6 duty weapons which were ordered with Town Board approval earlier this year. There are sufficient funds in our Federal Asset Forfeiture Program account to cover this expense. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
