WEST SENECA ETHICS BOARD - MEETING MINUTES WEST SENECA COMMUNITY CENTER - 1300 UNION ROAD, WEST SENECA, NY 14224 DATE June 10, 2026 CALL TO ORDER The regular meeting of the West Seneca Ethics Board was called to order by Chairperson Leonard at 6:05 PM. Maggie Mackert • Michael Mingo, Deputy Town Attorney Absent: • Councilmember Robert Breidenstein, Town Board Liaison (excused) APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion by Chairperson Leonard, seconded by Mr. Gillman, to approve the April 2026 and May 2026 meeting minutes. Ayes: All Noes: None Abstain: None Motion: Carried COMMUNICATIONS • Roll Book Signatures Follow-Up Chairperson Leonard reported there is no update regarding Ethics Board signatures in the Clerk’s Office Roll Book. Chairperson Leonard is actively awaiting input on this matter from Councilmember Breidenstein. PUBLIC COMMENT None received. 1
