If anyone appearing before the Town Board has a family, financial or business relationship with any member of the Board, it is incumbent upon that person to make it known under State Law and the Town Code of Ethics. Anyone attending a Town Board meeting or work session should review Chapter 85 of the town code for rules of decorum regarding Public Meetings. II MINUTES Regular Town Board: April 1, 2026 ***Arbor Day Proclamation *** III PUBLIC COMMENT ON OLD BUSINESS *4 minute time limit per resident* IV OLD BUSINESS 1. Town Board to approve the final change order/final payment and authorize release of retention for the Multi-Use Maintenance Facility Phase 2 Salt and Topsoil Storage Project - Electrical Contract to CIR Electrical Construction in the amount of $1,536.90 and authorize Town Clerk to release the performance security. 2. Town Board to authorize the Town Clerk to release $5,000 held in escrow under PIP 2008-01 for GPS Survey monument in the Eagle Heights Subdivision Part 8 Phase 2 to Marrano/Marc-Equity Corporation. 3. Town Board to authorize the Town Clerk to release $5,000 held in escrow under PIP #2013-07 for completing nine tree planting in the cul-de-sac island in the Hills Subdivision to Essex Homes of WNY.
