On November 19, 2025, a final inspection was conducted and all of the Final Punch List work has since been satisfactorily completed in accordance with the contract documents and specifications. A two-year maintenance bond, in the amount of $43,975.00, has been submitted along with the Affidavit of Release of Liens, Affidavit of Subcontractor Payment, and necessary legal documents. |, therefore, recommend that you adopt the following resolutions: e Approve the final change order and authorize release of the retention for the Multi-Use Maintenance Facility Phase 2, Salt & Topsoil Building Storage Project (Electrical Construction) to CIR Electrical Construction Corp., 2517 Long Road, Grand Island, NY 14072, in the amount of $.1,536.90 (attached). e Authorize the Town Clerk to release CIR Electrical Construction Corp., performance security in the amount of $43,975.00.
