Town Board Dedication letter April 29, 2026 Page 2 of 2 1) WHEREAS, construction of the completion of Quaker Lake Terrace has been completed in accordance with as-built drawings and has been accepted for maintenance by the Town and is currently open to vehicular traffic for the public; now, therefore be it; and RESOLVED, that the completed of Quaker Lake Terrace shall be included in the 2026 Town Local Highway Mileage Inventory of Town Streets; and, be it further; and RESOLVED, that New York State Department of Transportation is requested to include the completed portion of Quaker Lake Terrace in the Town of Orchard Park’s 2026 Inventory of Streets. 2) Authorize the Town Attorney to proceed with the dedication of the public improvements in the Quaker Lake Terrace Subdivision constructed under PIP #2024-04 and authorize the Town Clerk to release the performance security in the amount of $110,000.00. 3) Authorize the payment of the yearly hydrant fee per the Lease Management Agreement with ECWA for the three (3) hydrants installed under PIP #2024-04.
