Wellington Corp, in December for drainage improvements at the Brush Mountain Complex for $16,590.00. The Contractor was on site this week to layout the job and discovered a discrepancy in the quantity required for drainage pipe. He is requesting a change order in the amount of $3,300.00 for the additional quantities and installation work of 4-inch SDR-35, a 4-inch yard drain and additional grading and seeding labor to complete this project. Funding is currently available under Capital Account AP003 Thorn/Duerr OP Little League Baseball Diamonds Improvements Project. |, therefore, recommend that you approve Change Order #1 to the Drainage Improvements at the Brush Mountain Complex for fields #3 & #4 to F.A.
