On November 19, 2025, a final inspection was conducted, and all of the work has since been satisfactorily completed in accordance with the contract documents and specifications. A two-year maintenance bond, in the amount of $135,708.00, has been submitted along with the Affidavit of Release of Liens, Affidavit of Subcontractor Payment, and necessary legal documents. The Bond amount represents the Final Contract amount. |, therefore, recommend that you adopt the following resolutions: e Approve the release of retention and final payment for the Berg Road Pump Station Replacement Project — Electrical to Stenzel Electrical Construction, 8535 Sunset Drive, Williamsville, NY 14221, in the amount of $21,307.20. e Authorize the Town Clerk to release Stenzel Electrical Construction’s performance security for the Berg Road Pump Station Replacement Project — Electrical Contract in the amount of $137,112.00.
